Glorious Days (by Finley)

What a great time I've been having as an 11 week-old...
I let Mom sleep in yesterday... Then went to a cool new teahouse in downtown Salt Lake with Mom, Aunt Hannah, and Aunt Reilly...
I enjoyed a peach tea smoothie (a few hours after Mom did)

The teahouse was gorgeous--vintage everything, floral paintings, old books, 1920s art deco furniture. I think we're going to have a tea party for my first birthday party.

I fell asleep while the girls chatted and sipped their tea.
By the way, I totally sleep from 2 A.M. to 10 A.M. every night, which Mom loves because she's a night owl, too.

We loved the tea pots and decided to start collecting them, as well as chess sets. Yes, Mom and I are going to be THOSE women...

We also decided to quit pursuing all our ambitions and open a coffee shop/flower shop/used book store. We'll all run it and have a bunch of cats.

Then we ran over to the SL library, where Mom had a panic attack on the elevator and had to put her head between her legs to calm down. Not so easy with me in the Bjorn. We walked around and looked at books and handmade crafts while Mom calmed down. Sometimes I don't know who the baby is here.

Here's me on the car ride home, mellow. Extreme close-up: WHOOOOOOOAAAAA!

Then I came home, played with my aunts and my aunt-to-be Crystal, and had a nice bath given to me by Grandma.

Which I loved. All in all, pretty nice day.

Love,
Finley Mae, 11 weeks old
